Brewed with 100% AZ-grown barley from Sinagua Malt and Triticale from Homestead Malt, local wildflower honey, and freshly picked citrus blossoms from Agritopia Farms, this easy going mixed-culture saison tastes of toasted honeycomb, apricot, citrus peel, and floral honeysuckle. Honey was used in two stages - shortly after primary fermentation and again for bottle and keg conditioning.
