<0.5% ABV - NA IPA Brewed for AZ's non-drinkers and break-takers, Arizo(na) is a non-alcoholic beer that actually tastes like beer. It's made with fruit-forward American hops and water-saving Sinagua malt for balanced bitterness and a quick, snappy finish.

Aspen Celebrator - Doppelbock 7.5% ABV Aspen Celebrator is our salute to the aspen trees of Northern Arizona, which glow in golden splendor every autumn. Malt-forward with hints of toffee and caramel, it's best enjoyed in a forest, among friends.

4.5% ABV - Prickly Pear Gose Inspired by the juice of the Arizona desert, this beer features locally grown prickly pear juice from Cactus Ranch and hibiscus tea from Tea Royalty. It’s foeder fermented and absolutely crushable.

4.7% ABV - Rauchbier There is no “wildfire season” anymore in Arizona. Fires can happen year-round, and every year 9 out of 10 wildland fires are started by humans. Use this beer as a guide to make sure your fire is “dead out” and help protect our wilderness. Remember, only you can prevent wildfires. Tasting Notes: subtle wood smoke, maple bacon, bread crust.

5.5% ABV - Honey Blonde There's one big rule you should follow when enjoying our public lands: Leave No Trace. Or, as we prefer to say it: Don't F#%k It Up. Floral and dry with fresh honey aromatics from the addition of Rango Honey, DFIU is complex yet crushable.

6.7% ABV. Wheat Beer With Pineapple and Coconut. End of the World is a tropical escape in a glass, brewed by Arizona Wilderness in collaboration with Pepper to celebrate the release of their new single, End of the World. This wheat beer blends juicy pineapple with toasted coconut for a smooth, Hawaiian-inspired twist on a classic style.

4.4% ABV - Franconian Style Lager Franconian-style lager brewed in collaboration with Mahr's Brau out of Bamberg, Germany. Crisp, malty flavors accompanied by a balanced, slightly earthy and spicy hop profile.

4.7% ABV - Kölsch Style Ale Crisp mountain air pairs perfectly with a crisp Kölsch! Inspired by the Kendrick Mountain Wilderness—an area north of Flagstaff that boasts lush greenery, a 10,418-foot summit, and an iconic fire watch station—this ale is fermented at cold temperatures for clean fermentation character and a dry, crackery finish.

6.4% ABV - Hazy IPA Brewed in celebration of Downtown Phoenix’s cultural heritage, bringing the wilderness to Arizona’s urban center. A hazy IPA showcasing Citra and Mosaic hops.

Maltstock - Red Double IPA - 9%ABV. This Double Red IPA is brewed to express the flavor of Arizona-grown, malted, and roasted Sinagua Barley. It’s the official beer of Sinagua Maltstock, our November 7, 2026 beer festival created to highlight Sinagua Malt and Arizona terroir. See you there!

4.6% ABV - English Mild An Arizona Mild brewed with 100% Sinagua malt and Adeena Hops. Slated to be the flagship beer of our new restaurant and brewing facility, Miracle Mile.

6.8% ABV - American IPA Our flagship IPA born in our founder's garage. This beer has evolved over the years into a perfectly balanced IPA w/ 100% Sinagua Malt base and citrus forward American hops.

Tres Alamos - Belgian Tripel 8.8% ABV. An OG Wilderness Classic Belgian Tripel brewed with Sinagua Malt and Belgian Candi Sugar.

Triple Dreamsicle - Triple Milkshake IPA 9.7% ABV. Around 2019, a new offshoot of IPA began emerging: Milkshake IPA. Through additions of lactose (milk sugar) and fruit, these beers take the haziness, sweetness, and bold fruit flavors found in Hazy/New England-style IPAs to new extremes. Dreamsicle was our first experiment with the popular style, but we approached it the Wilderness way, partnering with local dairy and citrus farmers to support our local agriculture economy. Due to the oranges we source, each batch is a little different than the last.

4.4% ABV - Fruited Gose A juicy slice of watermelon, a sprinkle of salt: Salted watermelon has been a Southern staple for centuries. Using thousands of pounds of Arizona-grown melons, we’ve turned the South’s most refreshing summer snack into Arizona’s most refreshing summer beer.

5.5% ABV - Festbier Brewed to mimic the beers served at the annual Oktoberfest celebration in Munich, this German-style festbier features clean, toasty malt and a hint of Noble hops.

Camp Coolship: For Here Is Rest Gueuze-inspired Wild Ale 7.5% ABV. This blend of various Camp Coolship beers is inspired by traditional Belgian Gueuze - which typically blends Lambics of 1, 2, and 3 years of age. Lambic is brewed, Gueuze is blended. All beers are spontaneously fermented with wild yeasts and bacteria captured from around the state of Arizona - no yeast is added. All beers used in the blend were fermented and aged for years in neutral French oak puncheons and barrels. (Gueuze is not to be confused with German Gose)

Fruited Gueuze-inspired Wild Ale 7%ABV Blend components: Agritopia Farms - Winter of 2021/22 Woodnotes - Winter of 2022/2023 Superstition Mountains - Winter of 2023/2024 Riparian Preserve (Gilbert) - Winter 2023/2024 The weighted average age of blend is 23 months, with the oldest component aged for over 3.5 years! Further aged in bottles and kegs for 7 months before release. Major differences in production of Spontaneously Fermented beers vs. typical beer production: Turbid mash - Raw grains and high mash temps intentionally create an *unfermentable* wort which favors slower fermentation drawn out over years rather than weeks. Aged hops - We age whole leaf hops (not pellets) for several years in burlap coffee sacks.

Oak-aged mixed-culture saison with delicate floral and earthy tones of culinary lavender, with a grain forward, lightly tart quenching finish.

7% Mixed-Culture Saison A blend of aged and young saison showcasing our house mixed-culture and Arizona terroir. Each release will feature a blend of beer from differing ages and types of oak barrels.
